Workshop Overview
Opening a dialogue between the body and the mind offers therapists greater understanding of the deeper roots underlying emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and dysfunctional relationship patterns.
Participants will learn to identify and implement effective techniques for use with clients in the office setting to explore how messages from the body offer rich opportunities for enhancing awareness and creating a supportive environment for healing old psychological wounds.
Join facilitators Tarnie and Kathryn in a beautiful garden setting for a unique experiential workshop to learn how tapping into the body’s wisdom can unlock barriers blocking issues buried deep in the psyche for release and healing.
